NYS Commission on Judicial Conduct

On July 28, 2023, the Court of Appeals suspended Mitchell Q. Soules, Jr., a Justice of the Little Falls Town Court, with pay, following his arrest for three felony drug charges: (1) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, class “B” felony; (2) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, class “B” felony; and (3) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, class “C” felony. On September 19, 2023, the Court issued a decision continuing the suspension with pay.
