Matter of Paul H. Senzer

The New York State Court of Appeals has accepted the Commission's Determination that Paul H. Senzer, a Justice of the Northport Village Court (Suffolk County) should be removed from office.

Matter of Michael F. McGuire

The Commission has determined that Michael F. Matter of Richard H. Miller, II

The Commission has determined that Richard H. Miller, II, a Judge of the Family Court, Broome County, should be removed from office.  The Commission’s decision dated February 14, 2020, is available at Miller Decision. An accompanying press release is available at 2020 Releases.

Judge Miller has requested review of the determination in the Court of Appeals.

The Court of Appeals suspended Judge Miller from office, with pay, pending review of the Commission's determination. The Court's order is available at Miller Suspension.
